TEAM RICHARDSON consists of ten licensed Sales Representatives, with over 100 years combined real estate experience. Independently, they represent different styles and match perfectly to a variety of clients. As a Team, they offer comprehensive real estate services through networking with colleagues, employing state-of-the-art technology and old-fashioned hard work.

Paul Richardson, Sales Representative prichardson@royallepage.ca A dedicated, hard-working, focused individual with over 18 years experience in the real estate field in Belleville, Paul has consistently been recognized as a top performer. He has, from his first year in the business, placed in the top 10% nationally with Royal LePage; indeed, for the last twelve out of thirteen years, he has been in the top 1% nationally and is now a life time member of the Prestigious Royal LePage National Chairman's Club. Paul has placed 20th in Canada out of over 13,000 Royal LePage Salespeople for the year 2006.

Aaron McMurdo, B.A., Broker amcmurdo@royallepage.ca Aaron brings a bachelors degree from Mount Allison University and both banking and general insurance experience with him to help service the needs of his clients. Aaron assists the TEAM with listing properties and will be working with buyers to match them to the home that will fit their needs.  With over 4 years experience selling real estate Aaron has furthered his Real Estate education and obtained his Broker's license.

Bob Bennett, MVA-Residential, Broker rlbennett@royallepage.ca Bob, a Broker and holder of an MVA-Residential (Appraisal) designation, brings to TEAM Richardson over 29 years of experience in the real estate and appraisal professions, including 21 years as a real estate broker. This wealth of experience and a proven track record ensures that Bob's clients and customers will receive the best possible service when buying and selling.

Evelyn Bemis, Sales Representative ebemis@teamrichardsoncanada.com Evelyn comes to the TEAM with over 25 years experience in Real Estate. Evelyn is well versed in New Home construction and uses her extensive knowledge to do what it takes to get you into your new custom built home. Evelyn is also very active in the re-sale market and can list your home and find just the right home for you to move in to.

Rick Humphrey, Sales Representative rickhumphrey@royallepage.ca Rick is a long term resident of the Quinte Area, has over 15 years of management experience and a well established reputation for being an honest hard working Real Estate Professional. Anne Kaehler, Sales Representative akaehler@royallepage.ca Anne, who has overall responsibility for TEAM administration, and co-ordinates our advertising, she has been a Realtor since 1986 and completes our group as the cornerstone of day-to-day operations, making sure that nothing falls between the cracks.  Anne is the TEAM member that almost every client has contact with, being the friendly telephone voice you hear when you call our office.  The majority of Anne's business comes from repeat clients, but new faces as well as old are always treated with friendly competence.  Anne brings to the TEAM a wealth of local knowledge and demonstrated, dependable customer service.

Chris Winney, Sales Representative chris@teamrichardsoncanada.com Chris is TEAM Richardson's Land o'Lake's representative. As a retired teacher, Chris utilizes her people skills and enthusiasm working with buyers and sellers to get the job done. Maggie Stewart, Sales Representative mstewart@royallepage.ca Maggie brings to TEAM Richardson almost 20 years of experience and has extensive knowledge of the Quinte area.  Working with both buyers and sellers, Maggie prides herself in her ability to match her clients with the perfect home to suit their requirements.

Wally Mayhew, Sales Representative wmayhew@royallepage.ca Wally has been selling real estate for the past 12 years. During those years he has honed his skills to the benefit of his clients.
